Celem ogólnym Projektu jest zmniejszenie ograniczeń w zakresie dostępu i przekazywania materiałów w postępowaniu przygotowawczym poprzez rozbudowę systemu informatycznego obsługującego procesy związane z udostępnianiem akt postępowań przygotowawczych w sprawach karnych oraz procesy związane z gromadzeniem i przesyłaniem informacji związanych z prowadzonymi postępowaniami. Projekt jest kontynuacją ciągu działań podejmowanych przez prokuraturę, w szczególności stanowi kontynuację projektu realizowanego ze środków PO IG, w ramach którego wdrożono system pozwalający na digitalizację akt postępowań przygotowawczych w sprawach karnych prowadzonych przez prokuratury okręgowe i regionalne, który następnie był kontynuowany ze środków PO PC (projekt iSDA) ale ze względu na niemożliwość zakończenia realizacji umowy na wykonanie oprogramowania Systemu przez wykonawcę projekt został przerwany i niniejszy wniosek stanowi wyraz ubiegania się o uzyskanie jego dofinansowania ponownie z uwzględnieniem zmienionej formuły realizacji. Zakłada się osiągnięcie celu projektu poprzez:- zaprojektowanie, przygotowanie i wdrożenie oprogramowania Systemu,- wdrożenie Centralnych Usług Infrastrukturalnych niezbędnych do świadczenia e-usług udostępniania akt - zakup niezbędnej infrastruktury.W wyniku realizacji Projektu powstanie możliwość udostępniania akt postępowań karnych prowadzonych we wszystkich jednostkach prokuratury z wykorzystaniem sieci Internet. Efekty Projektu skierowane są do wszystkich osób zaangażowanych w postępowania przygotowawcze w sprawach karnych. (Polish)

The general objective of the project is to reduce the restrictions on access to and transfer of materials in pre-trial proceedings by developing an IT system handling processes related to the provision of the file of criminal investigations and processes related to the collection and transmission of information related to the proceedings.The project is a continuation of the action taken by the Public Prosecutor’s Office, in particular a continuation of the project implemented with the OPIE, which has put in place a system enabling the digitisation of the files of criminal investigations carried out by the Regional and Regional Prosecutors’ Offices, which was subsequently continued with the funds of the Public Prosecutor’s Office (ISDA project) but due to the impossibility of completing the implementation of the contract for the performance of the software by the contractor, the project has been interrupted and this proposal is an expression of the application for part-financing of the project, taking into account the revised implementation formula.The objective of the project is to achieve the objective of the project, namely to design, prepare and implement the software systems, — to implement the Central Infrastructure Services necessary for the provision of electronic access services — purchase the necessary infrastructure. the project will result in the provision of criminal proceedings in all the offices of the Public Prosecutor’s Office using the Internet.The results of the project are addressed to all those involved in criminal investigations.
