Projekt obejmuje budowę 56 magistrali GPON w architekturze FTTH oraz 19 węzłów radiowych dedykowanych 27 placówkom oświatowym. Efektem projektu będzie zapewnienie dostępu do Internetu dla 20 796 gospodarstw domowych oraz 336 jednostek edukacyjnych zlokalizowanych na obszarze nowosądeckim część A. Zadaniem projektu jest wyeliminowanie terytorialnych różnic w możliwości dostępu do szerokopasmowego Internetu o wysokich przepustowościach poprzez zapewnienie dostępu do usług Społeczeństwa Informacyjnego mieszkańcom i placówkom publicznym oraz zapewnienie dostępu do infrastruktury i usług hurtowych.
