Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020.Projekt zakłada opracowanie i przebadanie znacząco ulepszonego wyrobu dla pacjentów chorych na chorobę zwyrodnieniowa stawów. Produkt z kategorii żywności specjalnego przeznaczenia medycznego do zastosowania pod nadzorem lekarza, zaprojektowano z myślą o pacjentach cierpiących na chorobę zwyrodnieniową stawów. Jego podstawową funkcjonalnością będzie zastosowanie go w terapii zaburzeń jakości i ilości chrząstki stawowej, w tym do łagodzenia takich objawów jak ból, sztywność czy ograniczenie ruchomości. Ulepszony wyrób będzie miał postać saszetek z proszkiem do rozpuszczania, w skład którego wejdą składniki aktywne w terapii choroby zwyrodnieniowej stawów, dopuszczane wg obowiązującego prawa do stosowania w żywności specjalnego przeznaczenia medycznego. Po realizacji projektu powstanie znacząco ulepszony wyrób poprzez opracowanie nowego składu jakościowo-ilościowego pozwalającego na: - używanie całkiem nowego na skale kraju wskazania terapeutycznego, czyli osłona wątroby przy farmakoterapii w przebiegu choroby zwyrodnieniowej stawów (poza wsparciem podstawowej choroby), - rejestracje jako FSMP zgodnie z nowym prawem, - bezpieczne używanie tego produktu u chorych z podrażnionym przez leki przeciwzapalne żołądkiem. Z racji tego, że produkt jest żywnością medyczną i nie należy do popularnej kategorii suplementów diety, firma musi sprostać dodatkowym wymaganiom stawianym tego typu produktom, zarówno jeśli chodzi o spełnienie wymogów obowiązującego prawa krajowego i unijnego , jak i oczekiwań pacjentów co do formy podania żywności, jej smaku, i innych cech produktu. Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.42799 (2015/X), aid_de_de minimis:§ 42 of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Development of 10 July 2015 on the granting of financial assistance by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development in the framework of the Operational Programme Smart Growth 2014-2020.This project involves the development and testing of a significantly improved device for patients suffering from osteoarthritis.The product of the category of food for special medical purposes, to be used under medical supervision, is designed for patients with osteoarthritis.Its basic functionality will be used in the treatment of quality disorders and the amount of joint cartilage, including the alleviation of such symptoms as pain, stiffness or limitation of movable property.The improved device will be in the form of ssachets with a solution that is intended to be active in the treatment of degenerative disease in therapy, authorised by the applicable right to be used in foods for special medical purposes.Once the project has been carried out, a significantly improved device will be created by developing a new qualitative and quantitative composition to enable:— the use of quite a new therapeutic indication in the country, i.e. a cover of liver in the course of osteoarthritis (apart from basic disease support), — registration as FSMP in accordance with the new legislation, — safe use of the product with an irritant by stomach medicines.As the product is a medical food and does not belong to a popular category of food supplements, the company has to meet the additional requirements of this type of product, both in terms of meeting the requirements of the applicable national and EU legislation, as well as the expectations of patients as regards the form of administration of the food, taste and other characteristics of the product.The use of active substances will necessitate the effective masking out of the effect of irritation.Applications (English)
