Zateplením fasády bytového domu dojde k výrazné úspoře energie v zimním období, tím dojde k úspoře nákladů na vytápění pro jednotlivé obyvatele domu. V letním období bude omezeno přehřívání domu. Cílů projektu bude dosaženo aplikací KZS na fasádu domu, realizovanými aktivitami jsou zateplení fasády a instalace prvků stínění. (Czech)
