Jedná se o zateplení objektu kontaktním zateplovacích systémem na vnější povrch obvodových stěn, izolací stropu pod půdou, podlah teras, o výměnu oken a vnějších dveří. Realizací tohoto projektu dojde ke snížení nákladů na vytápění objektu a dojde k odhlučnění budovy. Předpokládá se snížení zatížení životního prostředí provozem projektu. Zateplena bude budova Divadla A. Jiráska v Úpici, která se nachází poblíž náměstí s číslem popisným 216 a stavební parcelou číslo 137. (Czech)
