Projekt ukierunkowany jest na aktywizację społeczno-zawodową z wykorzystaniem instrumentów aktywizacji edukacyjnej, społecznej i zawodowej uwzględniające wsparcie osób i rodzin zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym w okresie od 08.01. 2018 do 30.06 2019 roku. Zakłada udzielenie kompleksowego wsparcia które ma za zadanie przywrócić na rynek pracy oraz przywrócić do pełnego uczestnictwa w życiu społecznym 32 os (27K5M) zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym w tym co najmniej 17,69 % os niepełnosprawnych, niesamodzielnych zamieszkujących teren gminy Drawno (woj.zachodniopomorskie), korzystające z pomocy społecznej kwalifikujące się do objęcia wsparciem pomocy społecznej zgodnie z ustawą z 12.03.2004 r. o pomocy społecznej i pomocą w ramach programu PŻ. Obejmuje przeprowadzenie kompleksowych działań mających na celu przywrócenie na rynek pracy oraz do pełnego uczestnictwa w życiu społecznym osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym z wykorzystaniem usług aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym,zawodowym, edukacyjnym. The project aims at socio-occupational activation using educational, social and occupational activation instruments that include support for people and families at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion in the period from 08.01. 2018 to 30.06 years, 2019. It envisages providing comprehensive support aimed at restoring to the labour market and restoring to full participation in society 32 people (27K5M) at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, including at least 17.69 % of people with disabilities, dependents living in the area of Drawno (Western Pomeranian Voivodeship), benefiting from social assistance eligible for social assistance in accordance with the Act of 12.03.2004 on Social Assistance and Assistance under the PŻ programme. Includes the implementation of comprehensive actions to restore people at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion to the labour market and to fully participate in the social life of people at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion through active inclusion services of a social, occupational, educational nature. Le projet vise l’activation socioprofessionnelle à l’aide d’instruments éducatifs, sociaux et professionnels d’activation qui incluent le soutien aux personnes et aux familles exposées au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale au cours de la période allant du 08.01. De 2018 au 30.6.2019. L’objectif est de fournir un soutien global pour rétablir le marché du travail et rétablir 32 personnes (27K5M) à la pleine participation à la société menacée de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale, y compris au moins 17,69 % des personnes handicapées, des personnes à charge vivant dans la commune de Drawno (Voïvodie de Poméranie occidentale), bénéficiant de l’aide sociale pouvant bénéficier de l’aide sociale conformément à la loi du 12 mars 2004 relative à l’assistance et à l’assistance sociales dans le cadre du programme P’. Il comprend des mesures globales pour rétablir le marché du travail et la pleine participation à la société des personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale, en recourant à des services d’inclusion active à caractère social, professionnel et éducatif.
