Projekt realizowany będzie w miejscowości Laski, w gm. Trzcinica, w powiecie kępińskim, w województwie wielkopolskim.Przedmiotem inwestycji jest przebudowa z rozbudową Przedszkola w Laskach obejmująca adaptację części budynku istniejącego, dobudowę części nowoprojektowanej i zagospodarowanie terenu (koszt niekwalif.) wraz z przyłączami. W dobudowanej części budynku znajdą się między pomieszczenia: przestrzeń rekreacyjna, jadalnia (stołówka), wydawalnia posiłków, kuchnia oraz nowoczesne zaplecze sanitarne: zmywalnia, pomieszczenie do mycia termosów, magazyn warzyw i magazyn spożywczy, 2 wydzielone magazyny. W tej części znajdą się również 2 sale zajęć i toalety. Z kolei w części istniejącego budynku zostaną wydzielone toalety ogólnodostępne i dla personelu, pomieszczenie gospodarcze, pokój pielęgniarki/logopedy, administracja, pokój nauczycielski i pomieszczenie techniczne. Realizacja inwestycji umożliwi w szczególności na wydzielenie bloku żywieniowego. Dojazd techniczny odbywać się będzie od strony ulicy Szkolnej. Wydzielone zostanie niezależne wejście dla pracowników kuchni. Jadalnia będzie miała możliwość o powiększenie jej powierzchni o przyległy hol poprzez otworzenie drzwi harmonijkowych. Wydzielona zostanie również cześć administracyjna, która mieścić będzie gabinet logopedy i pielęgniarki, pokój nauczycielski a także toalety ogólnodostępne i pracownicze. The project will be implemented in the town of Laski, in Trzcinica, in Kępiński County, in Wielkopolskie Voivodeship.The subject of the investment is a reconstruction with the extension of the kindergarten in Laski, including the adaptation of part of the existing building, the addition of the newly designed part and the development of the area (cost inequity) with connections. In the built-up part of the building you will find between the rooms: recreational space, dining room (table), food delivery room, kitchen and modern sanitary facilities: dishwasher, thermos washing room, vegetable warehouse and grocery store, 2 separate warehouses. In this section there will also be 2 classrooms and toilets. On the other hand, part of the existing building will include public toilets and staff, outbuilding, nurse/logopedist room, administration, teacher’s room and technical room. The implementation of the investment will in particular allow for the decoupling of the food block. Technical access will take place on the side of Szkolna Street. There will be an independent entrance for kitchen workers. The dining room will be able to enlarge its surface with an adjacent hall by opening the harmonica door. There will also be an administrative part, which will include speech therapists and nurses, a teacher’s room, as well as public and employee toilets.
