(grupow., indyw.), Porad. specjalistczne (zawodowe, psycholog.), Szkol., Staże. Główne rezultaty proj.:1. Liczba osób zagrożonych U/WS, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu- 47os.2. Liczba osób zagroż. U/WS poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu-31os.3. Liczba osób zagroż. U/WS społecznym pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek)-18os.4. Liczba osób zagroż.U/WS, które uzyskały kwalifikacje lub nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu-59os.1. Wskaźnik efektyw. społ. w odniesieniu do os. z niepełnospraw. -min.34%,w odniesieniu do pozostałych os. zagroż. U/WS – min. 34%2. Wskaźnik efektyw. zatrud. w odniesieniu do osób z niepełnospraw. – min.12%, w odniesieniu do pozostałych os. Zagroż. U/WS – min. 25%Dla partnerstwa powołana Grupa Sterująca-GS:Koord. GD – 86 persons (52K/34M) not employed. the U/WS risk in accordance with the Items concerning the implementation of projects in the area of social inclusion and the fight against poverty from the use of ESF funds in ERDF_2014-2020, indwelling one of the districts-pilski, Poznań, Poznañ, Gdańsk, Grzeszno, Koninski (according to SZOOP). Of which: at least 60 % is K, 20 % is ON.Realisation period – 01.03.2019-29.02.2020 Tasks: Diagnosis of Individual Needs and Potentials U proj., Advice. Prof.,Computer Workshops and Common Skills. (Groups., Indiv.), Specialised advice (professional, psychologist.), School, internship. Main results of the project:1. Number of people at risk of U/WS who have been qualified after leaving the programme – 47 people2. Number of people at risk. U/WS job seekers after leaving program-31os.3. Number of people at risk. U/WS social workers working after leaving the programme (including self-employed)-18 people.4. Number of persons at risk.U/WS who have been qualified or have acquired competence after leaving programme-59os.1. Social Effective Index for Disorders. —min.34 %,for the remaining persons at risk. U/WS – min. 34 %2. Effective employment rate for persons with disabilities. — min.12 %, for other persons. It’s a threat. U/WS – min. 25 %For the partnership, the Steering Group-GS:Koord. Proj.,Koord. from the party.,one any member of the project team, in order to supervise and decide on the project (meeting once in m-cu).The flat management structure at the head of Koord.proj. subordinated to the Chairman of the PN., then GS and the rest of the staff of the project.
