Předmětem projektu je výstavba přeložky silnice I/19 v celkové délce hlavní trasy 2,338 km v kategorii S 11,5/70, která je řešena jako severní obchvat obce Kámen. Realizací projektu dojde k odvedení tranzitní dopravy mimo zástavbu obce a sníží se tak zátěž obyvatelstva hlukem a exhalacemi. Dojde rovněž ke zvýšení plynulosti dopravy na silnici I/19, zkrácení jízdní doby a zvýšení bezpečnosti silničního provozu v obci Kámen včetně bezpečnosti chodců. (Czech)

The purpose of the project is the construction of road transport I/19 in the total length of the main route 2.338 km in category S 11,5/70, which is treated as the northern bypass of the municipalities of the town. Implementation of the project will lead to the payment of transit traffic away from the built-up area of the municipality in order to reduce the burden of the population by noise and exile. There will also be an increase in the fluidity of transport on the I/19 road, the shortening of journey times and the increase in road safety in the municipality of the town, including pedestrian safety.
