Celem proj. jest rewit. terenu poprzez promowanie włączenia społecznego, walka z ubóstwem i wszelką dyskryminacją. Degradacja techniczna, społeczna i fizyczna starego miasta przełożyła się na pogorszenie jakości życia mieszkańców. Zaniedbania w zakresie infrastr. technicz. doprowadziły do zubożenia oferty rekreacyjnej, kulturalnej i edukacyjnej w mieście. Systematyczna eksploatacja istniejących obiektów i przestrzeni publicznych prowadzone bez gruntownych remontów i modernizacji przyczyniła się do degradacji, przez co istniejący potencjał społeczno-kulturalny dewaluuje się. Amfiteatr był miejscem organizacji wielu imprez plenerowych, koncertów i widowisk estradowych, które dla wielu mieszkańców miasta, zwłaszcza tych o niższym statucie materialnym, były jedyną okazją do skorzystania z oferty kulturalnej. Brak amfiteatru definitywnie odbiera im tę szansę. Aktualnie amf. jest wyłączony z uwagi na prowadzone w roku 2015 prace archeologiczne. Projekt dot. Modern. amfiteatru oraz odbudowy Centrum Rzemiosł i Kultury Warmińskiej. Zakres prac objętych projektem polega na wykonaniu prac przygotowawczych, robót budowlanych, zakupie śr. Trwałych i wyposaż., nadzorze projektu oraz promocji projektu. Całość obiektu służyć będzie aktywności artystycznej i społecznej obszarów rewitalizowanych. Wspólne przedsięwzięcia artystyczne przyczynią się do większej integracji i aktywności mieszkańców miasta oraz osób starszych we współpracy z stowarzyszeniami młodzieżowymi. Zrzeszone i wolne grupy społeczne będą podejmowały inicjatywy artystyczne celem zagospodarowania wolnego czasu oraz wzmocnienia potencjału społecznego. Utworzona infrastruktura amfiteatru stanie się miejscem spotkań artystów wywodzących się z lokalnej społeczności. Realizacja projektu wpisuje się w zał. osi priorytetowej 8 RPOWiM 2014-2020 poprzez Promowanie włączenia społecznego, walkę z ubóstwem i wszelką dyskryminacją. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to revitalise the area by promoting social inclusion, combating poverty and all discrimination. The technical, social and physical degradation of the old town resulted in a deterioration in the quality of life of the inhabitants. Negligence in the field of infrastr. technics led to the impoverishment of recreational, cultural and educational offer in the city. The systematic exploitation of existing public facilities and spaces carried out without major renovation and modernisation has contributed to degradation, and the existing socio-cultural potential is devalued. The amphitheater was the venue for many outdoor events, concerts and performances, which for many residents of the city, especially those with lower material status, were the only opportunity to benefit from the cultural offer. The absence of the amphitheatre definitely takes away their chance. Currently, the meth is excluded due to archaeological works carried out in 2015. It’s a project. Modern. amphitheatre and reconstruction of the Centre for Crafts and Culture of Warmia. The scope of work covered by the project consists of carrying out preparatory works, construction works, purchase of weds. Durable and equip, project supervision and project promotion. The whole facility will serve the artistic and social activity of revitalised areas. Joint artistic projects will contribute to greater integration and activity of citizens and older people in cooperation with youth associations. Social groups associated and free will take artistic initiatives to develop leisure time and strengthen social potential. The established infrastructure of the amphitheatre will become a meeting place for artists from the local community. The implementation of the project is part of the priority axis 8 RPOWs 2014-2020 through the promotion of social inclusion, the fight against poverty and any discrimination. (English)
