Projekt řeší protipovodňovou ochranu zastavěného území Obce Libchavy (okres Ústí nad Orlicí) před povodňovými průtoky na Libchavském potoce a na jeho bočních přítocích. Délka řešeného úseku Libchavského potoka činí 5,080 km, celkový počet bočních přítoků s kritickými body je 10. V projektu budou posuzovány tyto typy protipovodňových opatření; 1) výstavba retenčních nádrží na přítocích Libchavského potoka, 2) zvýšení průtočné kapacity Libchavského potoka v dílčích úsecích zastavěného území obce. The project addresses the flood protection of the built territory of Obce Libachavy (Ústí nad Orlicí district) over the flood flow to Libachavský potoce and its lateral tributaries. The length of the section of Libachavský potoka is 5.080 km, the total number of side tributaries with the critical points is 10. These types of flood protection measures will be assessed in the project; (1) construction of retention tanks at the tributaries of the Libachavský potoka (2) increase of the flow capacity of Libachavský potoka in part sections of the built-up area of the municipality.
