Projekt będzie realizowany przez Powiat Kaliski (za pośrednictwem jednostki organizacyjnej - Muzeum Historii Przemysłu w Opatówku).Projekt dotyczy przebudowy i zmiany sposobu użytkowania zabytkowego skrzydła zachodniego dawnej Fabryki Fiedlerów w Opatówku z przeznaczeniem na cele muzealne wraz z jego rozbudową o stopnie i podest wejścia głównego oraz pochylnie dla osób niepełnosprawnych, o klatkę schodową i windę towarowo-osobową. Przewiduje się również całkowity demontaż istniejących instalacji oraz wykonanie nowych, nowoczesnych instalacji sanitarnych i elektroenergetycznych w zakresie wynikającym z projektowanej funkcji obiektu. Etapem końcowym będzie wyposażenie obiektu w niezbędne urządzenia techniczne, sprzęt oraz meble.Przedsięwzięcie zakłada także przebudowę budynku głównego Muzeum Historii Przemysłu w Opatówku (w tym wymianę okien oraz montaż instalacji). Ponadto zaplanowano zagospodarowanie terenu przyległego obejmujące m.in. budowę nowej utwardzonej nawierzchni podwórza w miejscu istniejącej oraz muru ogrodzeniowego (częściowo w miejscu istniejącego).Projekt wpisuje się ponadto w założenia Strategii rozwoju woj. wlkp. do 2020 r., Strategii na rzecz inteligentnego i zrówn. rozwoju sprzyjającego włączeniu społ. Europa 2020 oraz Programu działania Muzeum.Odbiorcami realizacji projektu będą m.in.:-mieszańcy Gm. Opatówek;-mieszkańcy pow. kaliskiego;-turyści przybywający do Muzeum;-społeczność okolicznych gmin i powiatów;-społeczność innych województw (w tym głównie woj.łódzkiego);-cudzoziemcy. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte w 2018 r. następujące wskaźniki produktu:-Liczba zabytków nieruchomych objętych wsparciem: 1 szt.-Liczba instytucji kultury objętych wsparciem: 1 szt.-Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami: 1 szt.-Liczba zakupionych środków trwałych: 4 szt.Wartość projektu: 4 058 933,52zł (wydatki kwalifikowalne: 3 299 945,94zł), w tym:-dofinansowanie z EFRR: 2 804 954,04zł-wkład własny: 1 253 979,48zł (Polish)

The project will be carried out by the Kaliski District (via the organizational unit – the Museum of Industry History in Opatówek).The project concerns the reconstruction and use of the historic west wing of the former Fiedler Factory in Opatówek for museum purposes, including its extension with the steps and platforms of the main entrance and ramps for people with disabilities, a staircase and a freight and passenger elevator. The complete dismantling of existing installations and the construction of new, modern sanitary and electricity installations are also envisaged to the extent resulting from the design function of the facility. The final stage will be to equip the facility with the necessary technical equipment, equipment and furniture.The undertaking also assumes the reconstruction of the main building of the Museum of Industrial History in Opatówek (including window replacement and installation). In addition, it is planned to develop the adjacent area, including the construction of a new paved yard on the existing site and the fence wall (partially in the existing place).The project is also part of the strategy for the development of the province until 2020, the Strategy for smart and equitable development which is conducive to the inclusion of the community. Europa 2020 and the Museum’s Action Programme.The recipients of the project will include:-citizens of Gm. Opatówek;-inhabitants of Kalisz area;-tourists arriving at the Museum;-community of surrounding communes and powiats;-community of other voivodeships (including mainly the Łódź province);-foreigners. As a result of the project, the following product indicators will be achieved in 2018:-Number of real estate monuments supported: 1 pcs-Number of cultural institutions supported: 1 pcs-Number of objects tailored to the needs of people with disabilities: 1 pcs-Number of fixed assets purchased: 4 pcs.The value of the project: 4 058 933.52PLN (eligible expenditure: 3 299 945.94 PLN), including:- ERDF co-financing: 2 804 954,04 PLN – own contribution: EUR 1253979.48 (English)
