Projekt odpowiada na potrzebę wzmocnienia sektora ekonomii społecznej w subregionie ełckim. Potencjał PES jest niewystarczający, czego przejawem jest niewielka liczba PS, niski udział w realizacji zadań publicznych i usług społecznych, słaba współpraca podmiotów reintegracji społeczno-zawodowej skutkująca mała liczbą inicjatyw ukierunkowanych na aktywizację osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym, czego konsekwencją jest wysoki wskaźnik osób korzystających ze świadczeń społecznych i pozostających bezrobotnymi. Celem projektu jest rozwój sektora ekonomii społecznej w subregionie ełckim oraz kompleksowe wsparcie 400 osób i 100 PES poprzez usługi informacyjne, animacyjne, doradcze, edukacyjne, specjalistyczne oraz wsparcie finansowe. W efekcie tego zostanie wspartych 25 nowych i istniejących przedsiębiorstw społecznych, powstanie 20 nowych podmiotów ekonomii społecznej, 30 środowisk/społeczności przystąpi do wspólnej realizacji inicjatywy ukierunkowanej na rozwój ES, 101 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym podejmie zatrudnienie w sektorze ES, współpraca z samorządami lokalnymi i podmiotami reintegracji społeczno-zawodowej pozwoli stworzyć powiatowe systemy wsparcia ES. The project responds to the need to strengthen the social economy sector in the Eletz subregion. The potential of the PES is insufficient, as demonstrated by a small number of SEEs, a low share of public tasks and social services, poor cooperation between socio-occupational reintegration actors resulting in a small number of initiatives aimed at activating people at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, resulting in a high rate of people receiving social benefits and remaining unemployed. The aim of the project is to develop the social economy sector in the ełckie subregion and comprehensive support of 400 people and 100 PES through information, animation, advisory, educational, specialised and financial support services. As a result, 25 new and existing social enterprises will be supported, the emergence of 20 new social economy actors, 30 communities will join the ES development initiative, 101 people at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion take up employment in the ES sector, cooperation with local authorities and socio-occupational reintegration actors will create district support schemes for ES.
