Celem proj. jest świadczenie usług animacyjnych, inkubacyjnych i biznesowych służących powstawaniu nowych miejsc pracy poprzez tworzenie GI zainteresowanych utworzeniem PS oraz wsp. istniejących PS, udzielania im wsparcia doradczego; czasowe udostępnianie sprzętów i pomieszczeń dla tworzonych PS w ramach działalności IPS; szkol. i doradztwo umożliwiające uzyskanie wiedzy i umiejętności potrzebnych do założenia i/lub prowadzenia działalności w sektorze es; do założenia i/lub prowadzenia i/lub przystąpienia i/lub pracy w PS, pozyskiwania zew. źródeł finan.; dostęp do usług prawnych, księgowych, marketingowych; szkolenia zawodowe dla uczestników, wsparcie doradcze opiekuna biznesowego, prowadzenie badań nisz rynkowych; wspieranie tworzenia pow. zespołów ds. ES i paktów na rzecz ES., dotacje i wsparcie pomostowe na zakładanie i tworzenie miejsc pracy w nowo powstałych i funkcjonujących PS oraz ekonomizujących PES prowadzących do zatrudnienia. Projekt skierowany jest do osób w wieku 15-64l należących do: os. zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykl. społ. (zgodnie z definicją w wyt. ministra właściwego ds. RR dot. realizacji CT9 stworzona na podstawie Programu Przeciwdziałania Ubóstwu i Wykluczeniu Społ.); pracownicy PS; pracownicy lok. i region. podmiotów działających na rzecz rozwoju ES. Rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia po opuszczeniu programu przez min. 91 os. zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykl. społ. oraz utworzenie min. 91 miejsc pracy w PS. W ramach proj. objętych wsparciem zostanie ok. 240 os. zagr. ubóstwem lub wykl. społ., 30 pracow. PS, 40 pracow. lokal. i region. podm. działających na rzecz rozwoju ES. Powstanie min. 32 gr. inicj., które wypracują założenia co do utworzenia PES, powstanie min. 20 środowisk, które w wyniku działalności OWES przystąpią do wspólnej realizacji przedsięwzięcia mającego na celu rozwój ES, utworzenie min. 17 ngo prowadzących dział. odpłatną pożytku publicznego lub dział. gosp. Ponadto wspierane będą zespoły ds. ES. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to provide animation, incubation and business services to create new jobs through the creation of GIs interested in the creation of FVCs and associated FVCs, providing advisory support to them; temporary provision of equipment and premises for created FVCs in the framework of IPS activities; schools. and advice to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to set up and/or operate in the es sector; to establish and/or conduct and/or start and/or work in FVCs, to obtain the above-mentioned finan sources; access to legal, accounting and marketing services; vocational training for participants, advisory support for business carers, conducting market niches research; supporting the setting-up of teams ES and the ES Pacts, grants and bridging support for the creation and creation of jobs in newly created and functioning SEEs and economising PES leading to employment. The project is aimed at people aged 15-64 l belonging to: people at risk of poverty and/or hatching. (as defined in the foregoing of the Minister responsible for The CT9 Implementation RR based on the Poverty and Exclusion Programme; employees of FVCs; employees of the local and regional development actors ES. The result of the project will be to take up employment after leaving the programme by at least 91 people at risk of poverty or population, and the creation of at least 91 jobs in the SEE. The project will be supported by approx. 240 people. Poverty or out of poverty, 30 jobs. PS, 40 employees. premises. and region. subm. active for the development of ES. There will be at least 32 gr. initials, which will develop assumptions regarding the creation of PES, the creation of at least 20 environments, which, as a result of the activities of the OWES, will proceed to the joint implementation of the project aimed at the development of ES, the creation of at least 17 ngo operating department.
