Inwestycja polega na zakupie i montażu 3 elektrowni fotowoltaicznych o łącznej mocy 107,86 kW. Będzie ona realizowana w trzech różnych lokalizacjach. I lokalizacja mieści się w Biskupcu ul. Ludowa 36, działki nr 86/2, 90/7, 90/8 o mocy 39,75 kW, instalacja zajmie do 250 m2 powierzchni dachu, lokalizacja II w Biskupcu ul. Armii Krajowej 11, działka nr 219/3, o mocy 39,75 kW,instalacja zajmie do 250 m2 powierzchni dachu, lokalizacja III w Bęsi 35, działka nr 217 o mocy 28,36 kW,instalacja zajmie do 175 m2 powierzchni dachu. Projekt wpisuje się w typ projektu wymieniony w SzOOP dla działania 4.1 - instalacji wykorzystujących energię słońca - do 2 MWe/MWth.Instalacja zgodnie z możliwością opisaną w SzOOP będzie służyła potrzebom własnym przedsiębiorstwa i będzie podłączona do sieci, jednakże ze względu na moc instalacji (do 40 kW) zgodnie z art. 5 ustawy o odnawialnych źródłach energii (Dz.U. 2015) oraz Art. 7 ust. 8d ze znaczkiem 4-9 ustawy – Prawo energetyczne (Dz.U.1997) będzie ona dokonywana na podstawie zgłoszenia bez konieczności posiadania przez bene?cjenta ważnych technicznych warunków przyłączenia wszystkich ujętych w projekcie źródeł wytwarzania energii do sieci elektroenergetycznej. Wnioskodawca posiada obecnie przyłącze gdzie moc umowna wynosi 40 kW, 40 kW oraz 35 kW. Projekt spełnia wszystkie warunki brzegowe określone w SzOOP. Inwestycja polega na montażu: lokalizacja I-150 szt paneli polikrystalicznych, lokalizacja II-150 szt paneli polikrystalicznych, lokalizacja III- 107 szt paneli polikrystalicznych, połączonych w samodzielne układy wraz z 12-stoma falownikami i z niezbędnym okablowaniem i osprzętem. Elektrownia będzie podłączona do sieci, natomiast nie będzie potrzeby instalowania akumulatorów oraz regulatorów ładowania, ponieważ sieć jest w stanie przyjąć całą energię wyprodukowaną przez system fotowoltaiczny. Wyprodukowana energia elektryczna będzie wykorzystywana bezpośrednio na potrzeby własne a ewentualna nadwyżka będzie wprowadzana do sieci. (Polish)

The investment consists of the purchase and assembly of 3 photovoltaic power plants with a total capacity of 107.86 kW. It will be implemented in three different locations. And the location is located in Bishop’s Street. Ludowa 36, plots no. 86/2, 90/7, 90/8 with a capacity of 39.75 kW, the installation will take up to 250 m² of roof surface, location II in Biskupec ul. The National Army 11, plot No 219/3, with a power of 39.75 kW, will take up to 250 m² of roof surface, location III in Bęsi 35, plot No 217 with a capacity of 28.36 kW, installation will take up to 175 m² of roof surface. The project fits into the type of project mentioned in the SzOOP for action 4.1 – solar energy installations – up to 2 MWe/MWth.The installation according to the possibility described in the SzOOP will serve the company’s own needs and will be connected to the grid, however, due to the capacity of the installation (up to 40 kW) in accordance with Article 5 of the Renewable Energy Sources Act (OJ 2015) and Art. 7 paragraph. 8d with a stamp 4-9 of the Act – Energy Law (Journal of Laws 1997) will be made on the basis of the notification without the need for the beneficiary to have important technical conditions for connecting all energy generation sources included in the project to the power grid. The applicant now has a connection with a contractual capacity of 40 kW, 40 kW and 35 kW. The project meets all the shore conditions specified in the Shoop. The investment consists of the assembly of: location of I-150 polycrystalline panels, location II-150 pcs of polycrystalline panels, location III-107 pcs of polycrystalline panels, connected into independent circuits together with 12 hundred inverters and necessary wiring and fittings. The power plant will be connected to the grid, but there will be no need to install batteries and charge regulators, as the network is able to absorb all the energy produced by the photovoltaic system. The electricity produced will be used directly for own use and any surplus will be introduced into the grid. (English)
