Uczestnikami projektu będzie 26 osób w wieku powyżej 29r.ż., zam. w subregionie olsztyńskim o niskich kwalifikacjach (wykształcenie do poziomu ISCED 3 włącznie), bez zatrudnienia. Struktura gr docelowej: -14 kobiet, 12 mężczyzn -14 osób biernych zawodowo, 12 osób bezrobotnych niezarejestrowanych w PUP -co najmniej 15% UP to mieszkańcy miast średnich. Celem projektu jest wzrost potencjału zawodowego 26 osób (14K, 12M) w wieku powyżej 29r.ż. o niskich kwalifikacjach, pozostających bez zatrudnienia (bezrobotnych niezarejestrowanych w PUP oraz biernych zawodowo) zam. w subregionie olsztyńskim, w drodze indywidualnej i kompleksowej aktywizacji zawodowej (szkolenia, staże, poradnictwo zawodowe, poradnictwo psychologiczne, pośrednictwo pracy) zdefiniowanej w oparciu o Indywidualny Plan Działania w terminie 1.1.2019-30.9.2019. Działania projektu: -identyfikacja potrzeb, diagnozowanie możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia zawodowego, identyfikacja stopnia oddalenia od rynku pracy, opracowanie Indywidualnego Planu Działania; -pośrednictwo pracy i/lub poradnictwo zawodowe; -poradnictwo psychologiczne; -szkolenia kończące się nabyciem kompetencji i/lub nabyciem kwalifikacji -staże. Wskaźniki projektu: Liczba osób pracujących, łącznie z prowadzącymi działalność na własny rachunek, po opuszczeniu programu - 12 Wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji ( w tym imigranci, reemigranci, osoby w wieku 50lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED 3 )) – 42% Liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu - 12 Liczba osób bezrobotnych, w tym długotrwale bezrobotnych, objętych wsparciem w programie - 12 Liczba osób biernych zawodowo objętych wsparciem w programie - 14 Liczba osób o niskich kwalifikacjach objętych wsparciem w programie – 26. The project will be attended by 26 people over the age of 29, in the Olsztyn sub-region with low qualifications (education up to and including ISCED level 3), without employment. Structure of the target game: —14 women, 12 men -14 inactive persons, 12 unemployed persons not registered in the PUP – at least 15 % of UP are residents of medium-sized cities. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of 26 people (14K, 12M) over 29 years of age with low-skilled, unemployment (unemployed persons not registered in PUPs and inactive) in the Olsztyn subregion, through individual and comprehensive professional activation (training, traineeships, career guidance, psychological counseling, job mediation) defined on the basis of the Individual Action Plan in 1.1.2019.9.2019. Project activities: — identification of needs, diagnosis of opportunities in the field of professional improvement, identification of the degree of distance from the labour market, development of an Individual Action Plan; —work intermediation and/or career guidance; —psychological advice; —training leading to the acquisition of competences and/or the acquisition of qualifications – internships. Project indicators: Number of people working, including self-employed, after leaving the programme – 12 Indicator of employment for the most disadvantaged (including immigrants, immigrants, people aged 50 years and over, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people (up to ISCED level 3)) – 42 % Number of people who have been qualified after leaving the scheme – 12 Number of unemployed – 12 long-term unemployed, including long-term unemployed (English)
