Wskaźniki: rezultatu - liczba osób u których wzrósł wskaźnik efektywności społeczno -zatrudnieniowej w wymiarze społecznym - 15K/13M, - liczba osób u których wzrósł wskaźnik efektywności społeczno -zatrudnieniowej w wymiarze zatrudnieniowym - 6K/6M; produktu- liczba osób .....objętych wsparciem w programie -21K/19M. Najważniejsze działania - kontrakty socjalne, IPD, kursy/szkolenia zawodowe, staże/subsydiowane zatrudnienie. Wartość dofinansowania 1 646 793,36zł , wkładu własnego 343 560,00zł . Main objective: Increase occupational and social activity and employability 40(21K/19M) OZUWS inactive and unemployed who are not clients of PUPs over the age of 18, residing in the municipality of Chmielnik until the end of December 2018. GD: 40 (21K/19M) people at risk of poverty and social exclusion living in Gm. Chmielnik over the age of 18. Indicators: as a result, the number of people with an increase in the socio-employment efficiency ratio in the social dimension – 15K/13M – the number of people with an increase in the employment rate of socio-employment efficiency – 6K/6M; product- number of people.....supported in the programme -21K/19M.
