Předmětem projektu je zvýšit kvalifikaci vybraným zaměstnancům společnosti PILANA Wood s.r.o. v oblasti technického a odborného vzděl. a v oblasti obecného IT . Realizace vzděl. aktivit bude probíhat formou uzavřených kurzů. Do projektu budou zapojeni administrativní, techničtí, vedoucí a výrobní zaměstnanci. Celkem se zapojí 104 osob. Většina vzděl. ativit bude realizována pomocí externích společností. Vybrané kurzy budou zajištěny interními lektory, kteří splňují potřebnou kvalifikaci. (Czech)

The purpose of the project is to improve the qualifications of the selected employees of PILANA Wood s.r.o. in the area of technical and vocational education and in the field of general IT. The implementation of the training activities will take the form of a closed course. The project will involve administrative, technical, managerial and manufacturing staff. In total 104 people will be involved. Most of the training is implemented through external companies. The selected courses will be provided by in-house tutors that meet the necessary qualifications.
