Wnioskodawca w celu optymalizacji procesów biznesowych i technologicznych związanych z wykonywaną działalnością - pranie przemysłowe - zamierza wdrożyć innowacyjne rozwiązania Technologii Informacyjno –Komunikacyjnych. Nowo wdrożony system pozwoli na zoptymalizowanie procesów które wspomogą zarządzanie firmą przez pracowników (B2E): zarządzania wydajnością poszczególnych maszyn, zarządzania wydajnością pracowników, zarządzania rentownością zleceń wg klientów. Ponadto system w znacznym stopniu przyczyni się do ograniczenia zużycia energii, wody. Wdrożenie systemu pozwoli również na wprowadzenie nowych procesów biznesowych, które dotychczas nie były stosowane w przedsiębiorstwie. do nowych procesów należeć będą procesy B2B, B2C polegające na umożliwieniu klientom podglądu wykonywanych zleceń on-line oraz umożliwienie generowania e-faktury. The applicant intends to implement innovative solutions of Information and Communication Technologies in order to optimise business and technological processes related to their activities – industrial laundry. The newly implemented system will optimise processes that will help the management of the company by employees (B2E): management of the performance of individual machines, management of performance of employees, management of the profitability of orders according to customers. In addition, the system will contribute significantly to reducing energy and water consumption. The implementation of the system will also allow the introduction of new business processes that have not been used in the enterprise.The new processes will include B2B, B2C processes, which enable customers to preview their orders online and enable them to generate e-invoices.
