Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja budynku przedszkolnego w Marklowicach Górnych przy ul. Szkolnej 28 obejmująca wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej zewnętrznej, ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, docieplenie stropodachu pod nieogrzewanym poddaszem, wymianę instalacji c.o. wraz z robotami towarzyszącymi. Przewiduje się roboty budowlano -instalacyjne oraz działania informacyjno- promocyjne. Cele projektu: zmniejszenie emisyjności dzięki zwiększeniu efektywności energetycznej, zmniejszenie energochłonności sektora publicznego, zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię pierwotną i finalną, poprawa jakości życia i przestrzeni publicznej. Efekty: obniżenie kosztów ogrzewania, podniesienie komfortu ogrzewania, ochrona środowiska, poprawa estetyki budynku. Termin realizacji: 01.06.2016r.-31.12.2016r. Całkowity koszt projektu: 336.760,00 zł, koszty kwalifikowalne: 336.760,00 zł, dofinansowanie EFRR: 286.246,00 zł. (Polish)

The subject of the project is the thermal modernisation of the preschool building in Marklowice Górny Street. School 28 including the replacement of window and door carpentry, insulation of external walls, warming of the ceiling under an unheated attic, replacement of the central heating system and accompanying robots. Construction and installation works and information and promotion activities are foreseen. Objectives of the project: decarbonisation by increasing energy efficiency, reducing public sector energy intensity, reducing the demand for primary and final energy, improving quality of life and public space. Effects: reduce heating costs, increase heating comfort, protect the environment, improve the aesthetics of the building. Deadline for completion: 01.06.2016-31.12.2016r. Total cost of the project: PLN 336,760,00, eligible costs: PLN 336,760,00, ERDF co-financing: PLN 286,246,00. (English)
