W efekcie realizacji projektu spółka wdroży na rynek kompleksowy i innowacyjny syst. klasy B2B, który ma za zadanie zoptymalizować obecnie funkcjonujące procesy w firmie, ograniczyć pracę człowieka do wprowadzania niezbędnych informacji, komunikować się z pracownikiem i klientem w przypadku zmiany stanu procesu i umożliwić za pomocą narzędzia BI szybkie podejmowanie decyzji.System udostępni użytkown. szereg kompleks. narzędzi umożliwiających skoordynowaną współpracę opartą o zautomatyzowane mechanizmy. Firma znacząco udoskonali procesy biznesowe: serwis, sprzedaż i administracja przez co zwiększy swoją innowacyjność i konkurencyjność na rynku. Wprowadzony zostanie nowy pr. biznesowy – raportowanie (dzięki zastosowaniu narzędzi BI). Dodatkowe wsparcie technolog. zapewniać będą ap. mobilne. Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie 06/2017-04/2018.Działania dla każdego elem.syst. będą obejmować zaprojektowanie,wykonanie,przetestowanie ostateczne wdrożenie na rynek. (Polish)

As a result of the project, the company will implement a comprehensive and innovative B2B class system, which aims to optimise current processes in the company, limit human work to enter the necessary information, communicate with employee and client in case of change in the state of the process and enable quick decision-making with the BI tool.The system will provide usable. a range of tools for coordinated cooperation based on automated mechanisms. The company will significantly improve business processes: service, sales and administration will increase its innovation and competitiveness on the market. A new business pr. will be introduced – reporting (thanks to the use of BI tools). Additional technologist support will be provided by mobile apps. The project will be implemented in the period 06/2017-04/2018.The activities for each elem.syst. will include design, execution, testing of the final implementation on the market. (English)
