Projekt je zaměřen na podporu uchazečů o zaměstnání ze Zlínského kraje evidovaných na úřadu práce déle než 5 měsíců a zároveň ve věku 55 a více let. Tato skupina patří mezi ohrožené skupiny na trhu práce ve ZLK, její podíl na celkové nezaměstnanosti je 20%. Do projektu bude zapojeno 48 osob. Hlavním cílem projektu je zvýšit zaměstnatelnost a zaměstnanost této cílové skupiny souborem vzdělávacích, pracovně-poradenských aktivit a zprostředkováním zaměstnání pro více než 50% účastníků projektu. The project aims at supporting job seekers from Zlín Region registered to the Labour Authority for more than 5 months and at the same time as 55 years of age. This group is one of the vulnerable groups on the labour market in ZLK, and its share in total unemployment is 20 %. The project will involve 48 people. The main objective of the project is to increase the employability and employment of this target group by a set of educational, work and counselling and employment mediation for more than 50 % of the participants in the project.
