Przedmiotem projektu jest likwidacja indywidualnych źródeł ciepła w celu przyłączania do sieci ciepłowniczej lub sieci gazowej oraz wymiana indywidualnych źródeł ciepła na źródła ciepła bardziej ekologiczne w budynkach, dla których nie ma technicznej i ekonomicznej możliwości przyłączenia do sieci gazowej lub ciepłowniczej. Zakres projektu obejmuje: 1. Wymiana indywidualnych źródeł ciepła na źródła ciepła bardziej ekologiczne 2. Likwidacja indywidualnych źródeł ciepła w celu przyłączania do sieci ciepłowniczej lub sieci gazowej 3. Opracowanie studium wykonalności projektu 4. Koszty pośrednie związane z zarządzaniem projektem. Inwestycja przewiduje również instalacje OZE (kolektory słoneczne, panele fotowoltaiczne oraz pompy ciepła) w ramach zadań likwidacji/ wymiany indywidualnych źródeł ciepła (szczegółowe informacje zawiera zał. 13.2). Produkty projektu: liczba zmodernizowanych źródeł ciepła. Rezultaty projektu: szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych; szacowany roczny spadek emisji pyłu zawieszonego PM10. Projekt nie jest realizowany w obiektach zabytkowych, ani na obszarze objętym ochroną konserwatorską. (Polish)

The object of the project is the decommissioning of individual heat sources in order to connect to the heating network or the gas network and to replace individual heat sources with more environmentally friendly heat sources in buildings for which there is no technical and economical possibility of connecting to a gas or heating network. The scope of the project includes: 1. Exchange of individual heat sources with more environmentally friendly heat sources 2. Decommissioning individual heat sources for connection to the heating network or gas network 3. Development of a feasibility study of the project 4. Indirect costs related to project management. The investment also envisages RES installations (solar collectors, photovoltaic panels and heat pumps) as part of the decommissioning/exchange tasks of individual heat sources (see section for details). 13.2. Products of the project: number of modernised heat sources. Results of the project: an estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions; estimated annual decrease in PM10 particulate matter emissions. The project is not carried out in historic buildings, nor in the area covered by conservation protection. (English)
