Przedmiotem projektu będzie zakup i wdrożenie jednej e-usługi dostępnej w formie platformy SaaS, przeznaczonej dla przedsiębiorców z branży dietetycznej oraz dla Wnioskodawcy. Platforma ma na celu wspomagania współpracy przedsiębiorców w ramach jednej marki, dostarcza im narzędzi wspierających pracę dietetyka. Platforma wspiera procesy Wnioskodawcy w zakresie automatyzacji procesów obsługi współpracujących przedsiębiorców w obszarze finanse, księgowość, sprzedaż i marketing oraz automatyzuje procesy obsługi klienta końcowego w zakresie produkcji / świadczenia usługi tworzenia planu dietetycznego - który jest produktem końcowym obsługi takiego klienta. Do podstawowych funkcjonalności systemu będą należeć: wspomagane komputerowo tworzenie planów dietetycznych, zarządzanie bazą składników i posiłków, automatyczne wystawianie dokumentów sprzedażowych użytkownikom korzystającym z usługi dokumenty będą wykorzystywały ustandaryzowany format danych EDI, wspieranie procesu zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem poprzez dostarczenie wskaźników ( Business Intelligence ), wspieranie procesu rozliczania faktur sprzedażowych, wspieranie procesu marketingowego tzw. lejka sprzedaży ( konwersja użytkownika testowego na użytkownika platformy ) Platforma będzie umieszczona w chmurze obliczeniowej, zapewni dostęp mobilny oraz będzie udostępniać otwarte API do dalszych integracji (Polish)

The subject of the project will be the purchase and implementation of a single e-service available in the form of a SaaS platform, intended for entrepreneurs from the diet industry and for the Applicant. The platform is aimed at supporting the cooperation of entrepreneurs within a single brand, providing them with tools supporting the work of a nutritionist. The platform supports processes Applicants in the field of automation of service processes of cooperating entrepreneurs in the field of finance, accounting, sales and marketing and automates the final customer service processes in the field of production/provision of dietary plan – which is the final product of such client’s service. The basic functionality of the system will include: computer-assisted development of dietary plans, management of ingredients and meals database, automatic issuing of sales documents to users of the service will use standardised EDI data format, support the management process of the enterprise by providing indicators (Business Intelligence), support the process of accounting for sales invoices, support the marketing process of so-called “sale funnel” (conversion of test user to platform user) The platform will be located in cloud computing, will provide mobile access and will provide open APIs for further integration (English)
