Cílem projektu je začlenění 150 osob se zdravotním postižením (včetně osob zdravotním postižením ohrožených) evidovaných jako uchazeči nebo zájemci o zaměstnání v Karlovarském kraji na trh práce a to podpořením aktivizace cílové skupiny formou individuálního přístupu na vysoké odborné úrovni s důrazem na jejich individuální potřeby a odlišnosti. Nabídkou komplexního balíčku na sebe navazujících aktivit bude diagnostikován a efektivně využit pracovní potenciál cílové skupiny. (Czech)

The objective of the project is the inclusion of 150 persons with disabilities (including persons at risk) registered as candidates or candidates for employment in Karlovy Vary Region, and to support the activation of the target group through an individual approach at high level of expertise, with an emphasis on individual needs and differences. By offering a comprehensive package on successive activities, the working potential of the target group will be identified and used effectively. (English)
