W ramach projektu planuje się budowę punktu selektywnego zbierania odpadów komunalnych w mieście Biecz. Projekt można logicznie podzielić na 3 etapy:1. Przygotowania do inwestycji, realizowane poprzez opracowanie programu funkcjonalnoużytkowego i analizy finansowej niezbędne do złożenia wniosku, zrealizowane oraz przygotowanie projektu budowlanego.2. Przeprowadzenie inwestycji polegające na zagospodarowaniu działek 24906, 24909 w Bieczu. Na część inwestycyjną złożą się:a Budowa wiaty na kontenery wraz z zakupem kontenerów gwarantujących możliwość zbiórki 15 typów odpadów;b Budowa budynku lamusowni, łączącej funkcje techniczne, tj. głównie magazynowowarsztatowe oraz wyposażenie w niezbędne sprzęty,c Remont budynku kotłowni, łączącej funkcje reprezentacyjnoedukacyjne. Powstanie tu centrum edukacji ekologicznej, bogato wyposażone i dostosowane do potrzeb placówek edukacyjnych i pomieszczenia biurowe.d Zagospodarowanie otoczenia obiektów poprzez dostosowanie infrastruktury sieciowej i utwardzenie terenu, budowę ogrodzenia i systemu oświetleniowego, instalację monitoringu itd.3. Ostatnim etapem będą działania o charakterze promocyjnym i edukacyjnym. Powstałe centrum edukacyjne nastawione będzie na działanie w długiej perspektywie, umożliwiać będzie edukację ekologiczną w szerokim rozumieniu, nie tylko w sferze segregowania odpadów. Do działań prowadzonych ściśle w ramach projektu zaangażowane będą placówki edukacyjne i przedszkolne planuje się serię spotkań i pogadanek połączonych z zakupem gadżetów ekologicznych. Wydrukowane zostaną materiały informacyjne, a także zorganizowana zostanie duża ogólnogminna impreza ekologiczna na rozpoczęcie szkoły w 2019 roku. (Polish)

The project plans to build a separate collection point for municipal waste in the city of Biecz. The project can be logically divided into 3 stages:1. Preparation for the investment, carried out through the development of a functional-use programme and financial analysis necessary for the submission of an application, carried out and preparing a construction project.2. Carrying out an investment involving the development of plots 24906, 24909 in Biecz. The investment part will consist of:a Building of the world on containers together with the purchase of containers guaranteeing the possibility of collecting 15 types of waste;b Construction of a shed room building, combining technical functions, i.e. mainly warehouse and workshop equipment and equipment,c Renovation of the boiler room building, combining functions of representative education. There will be an eco-education centre, richly equipped and tailored to the needs of educational establishments and office spaces.d Establishment of the environment by adapting network infrastructure and hardening of the land, construction of a fence and lighting system, monitoring installation, etc.3. The final stage will be promotional and educational activities. The established educational centre will be geared towards action in the long term, it will enable ecological education in a broad sense, not only in the field of waste segregation. Educational and kindergarten institutions will be involved in activities strictly carried out within the project. A series of meetings and talks combined with the purchase of ecological gadgets are planned. Information materials will be printed, and a large-scale environmental event will be organised for the beginning of the school in 2019. (English)
