Projekt jest kompleksową odpowiedzią na zidentyfikowane potrzeby i problemy wynikające z braku ich zaspokojenia i obejmuje poprawę warunków i jakości życia mieszkańców Janowa Lubelskiego. Realizowany będzie na wyznaczonych w LPR obszarach rewit. Zadania ujęte w proj. mają na celu wywołanie jakościowej pozytywnej zmiany obszaru poprzez: 1. Rewitaliz. RYNKU wraz z budową budynku Dworca Autobusowego; 2. Rewit. Parku MISZTALEC; 3. Przeb. i rozbud. budynku gimnaz. przy ul. ogrodowej 25 na potrz. przedszkola; 4. Bud. parkingu ogólnodost. z placem wielofunkcyjnym przy ul. Świerdzowej dla hist. centrum handl.-usł.; 5. Dostosow. pomieszczeń OPS pod program SENIOR+. Wszystkie wymieniowe działania określone zostały w LPR jako priorytetowe a ich szczegółowa specyfikacja zawarta w opracowanej dokumentacji technicznej (w załączeniu). Grupę docelową stanowią mieszkańcy obszaru rewitalizacji oraz mieszkańcy spoza obszaru, turyści-projekt nie zakłada realokacji/przesiedlania mieszkańców z ob.rewitalizacji. Wskaźniki: Liczba obiektów infrastruktury zlokalizowanych na rewitalizowanych obszarach szt. 5, Liczba osób korzystających z obiektów infrastruktury społ./kult./turyst. będącej przedmiotem p. os/rok 10000, Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnospraw. szt. 5, Liczba obiektów wspartych szt. 5; Liczba nowo utworzonych miejsc pracy . EPC 1; Powierzchnia obsz. obj. Rewit. 2,57ha. Celem proj.jest poprawa dostępności do wysokiej jakości usług społecznych, kulturalnych, turystycznych w obszarze rewitalizacji. (Polish)

The project is a comprehensive response to the identified needs and problems resulting from their failure to meet them and includes improving the conditions and quality of life of the inhabitants of Janów Lubelski. It will be implemented on the revital areas designated in the LPR. The objectives of the project are to trigger a qualitatively positive change in the area by: 1. It’s a revitalisation. Market with the construction of the Bus Station building; 2. It’s a Rewit. The Park MISZTALEC; 3. Alteration and extension of the gymnasium building at 25 garden street at the time of kindergarten; 4. Bud. general parking lot with multifunctional square at ul. The clerk for hist. sales centre-service; 5. Customise OPS rooms for SENIOR+. All listed actions are identified in the LPR as a priority and their detailed specification included in the technical documentation (attached). The target group consists of residents of the revitalisation area and residents from outside the area, tourists-project does not assume relocation/resettlement of residents from the area of revitalisation. Indicators: Number of infrastructure facilities located in revitalised areas of pcs. 5, Number of persons using social infrastructure facilities/cult./tourist subject p. os/year 10000, Number of objects tailored to the needs of persons with disabilities. 5, Number of objects supported by pcs. 5. Number of newly created jobs. EPC 1; Volume area. It’s a Rewit. 2.57 ha. The aim of the project is to improve accessibility to high quality social, cultural and tourist services in the area of revitalisation. (English)
