CEL GŁÓWNY: do 31.08.2019 poprawa funkcjonowania 20 rodzin (50 osób/72%K, w tym 30 dzieci) wielodzietnych, ubogich rodzin z dziećmi, rodzin z osobami niepełnosprawnymi i innymi osobami niesamodzielnymi, zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym zamieszkujących na terenie Gminy wiejskiej Lubowidz poprzez zindywidualizowane działania zapobiegające procesom ubóstwa, marginalizacji i wykluczenia społecznego tych rodzin.CELE SZCZEGÓŁOWE: 1.W okresie 1.09.2017-31.08.2018 wzrost kompetencji społecznych i życiowych u min. 12 osób/ 9 K, tj. członków 20 rodzin zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym. 2.W okresie 1.09.2018-31.08.2018 wzrost kompetencji rodzicielskich i wychowawczych u min. 12 osób/ 9 K z 20 rodzin oraz wzmocnienie więzi rodzinnych u min. 30 osób/ 22 K z 20 rodzin zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społ.. 3. W okresie 1.09.2017-31.08.2018 wzrost kwalifikacji zawodowych u min. 4 (z 16 os.) bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo członków 16 rodzin zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społ. Zadania projektu: Program wsparcia kompetencji życiowych i społecznych dla 20 rodzin (20 os. dorosłych i 30 dzieci); Program wsparcia kompetencji rodzicielskich i wychowawczych, przywrócenia i wzmocnienia więzi rodzinnych dla 20 rodzin (20 os. dorosłych i 30 dzieci); Działania edukacyjne dla 16 rodzin (16os). Wskaźniki: 50 os. zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ. zostanie objętych wsparciem w programie (w tym 4 os. z niepełnospraw., 16os. bezrob/biernych i 30 dzieci); 22% UP (z 16 os) uzyska kwalifik. po opuszczeniu proj.; 56% UP (z 16os) rozpocznie dział. związane z aktywnym poszukiwaniem pracy; 30% UP (z 16 os) podejmie pracę po opuszczeniu proj.; 34% UP dokona postępu w aktywizacji społecznej (efekt. społ.);34% UP o znacznym stopniu niepełnospraw/ z niepełnospr.intelek. /z niepełnospr.sprzężonymi dokona postępu w aktywizacji społ.; u 12os.wzrosną kompetencje społ., życiowe, rodzicielskie i wychowawcze oraz u min. 30 os.zostaną wzmocnione więzi rodzinne. MAIN OBJECTIVE: by 31.08.2019 improving the functioning of 20 families (50 persons/72 %K, including 30 children) of large, poor families with children, families with disabilities and other dependent persons, at risk of poverty or social exclusion living in the Lubowidz rural commune through individual measures to prevent the poverty, marginalisation and social exclusion of these families. 1.In the period 1.09.2017-31.08.2018 the increase in social and life competences in at least 12 persons/9 K, i.e. members of 20 families at risk of poverty and social exclusion. 2.In the period 1.09.2018-31.08.2018 an increase in parental and educational competences in at least 12 people/9 K from 20 families and strengthening family ties in at least 30 people/22 K from 20 families at risk of poverty and social exclusion. 3. In the period 1.09.2017-31.08.2018 the increase in professional qualifications in at least 4 (out of 16 people) unemployed and inactive members of 16 families at risk of poverty and social exclusion. Tasks of the project: A programme to support life and social competences for 20 families (20 adults and 30 children); A programme to support parental and educational competences, restore and strengthen family ties for 20 families (20 adults and 30 children); Educational activities for 16 families (16 people). Indicators: 50 people at risk of poverty or social exclusion will be supported in the programme (including 4 persons from disability, 16 people with unemployment and 30 children); 22 % UP (from 16 people) will be eligible after leaving the project; 56 % UP (from 16os) will start the department. related to active job search; 30 % UP (from 16 people) will take up work after leaving the project; 34 % of UP will make progress in social activation (social effect); 34 % of UP with a significant degree of disability/intelek. Will make progress in the activation of the community; in 12 people will increase the competences of the community, life, parental and educational competences and in min. 30 people will be strengthened family ties.
