Przedmiotem projektu jest głęboka modernizacja energetyczna budynku budynku budynku przedszkola ze świetlicą w miejscowości Bałtów. Wszystkie koszty kwalifikowalne wynikają bezpośrednio z audytu energetycznego (- ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych budynku, wymiana okien, ocieplenie stropu,montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej, montaż instalacji C.O.wymiana grzejników wraz z montażem zaworów termostatycznych, regulacja instalacji,, Modernizacja instalacji c.w.u., wymiana oświetlenia na energooszczędne LED ). Roczne zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej modernizowanych budynku wynikające z audytu energetycznego wynosi 80 %. Projekt obejmuje również wdrożenie systemów pomiaru, monitoringu i zarządzania wykorzystaniem energii w budynku ( montaż automatyki pogodowej, system zarządzania energią ). Instalacja fotowoltaiczna o mocy 4 kw zostanie zamontowana na dachu budynku. Grupą docelową będą dzieci uczęszczające do przedszkola oraz świetlicy, a także kadra pedagogiczna. Budynek stanowi własność Gminy Żyrzyn, a zarządzane jest przez Dyrektora Przedszkola. W ramach projektu prowadzone będą działania promocyjne oraz realizowany nadzór inwestorski, ponoszone będą koszty zarządzania projektem.W kosztach niekwalifikowalnych ujęto: roboty demontażowe instalacji wodociągowej, montaż kotła gazowego, roboty instalacyjne w zakresie sprzętu sanitarnego, montaż oświetlenia LED. The subject of the project is a deep energy modernisation of the building of a kindergarten building with a skylight in the town of Baltów. All eligible costs result directly from the energy audit (- warming of the exterior walls of the building, replacement of windows, ceiling warming, installation of photovoltaic installations, installation of C.O. radiators exchange with installation of thermostatic valves, installation adjustment, modernisation of the central heating system, replacement of lighting for energy-efficient LEDs). The annual increase in energy efficiency of modernised buildings resulting from the energy audit is 80 %. The project also includes the implementation of systems for measuring, monitoring and management of energy use in the building (assembly of weather automation, energy management system). A 4 kW photovoltaic installation will be installed on the roof of the building. The target group will be children attending kindergarten and common room, as well as teaching staff. The building is owned by the Municipality of Żyrzyn and is managed by the Kindergarten Director. The project will include promotional activities and investor supervision, costs of project management will be incurred.Ineligible costs include: disassembly works of water supply system, installation of a gas boiler, installation works in the field of sanitary equipment, installation of LED lighting.
