Cel: głównym celem projektu jest ułatwienie dostępu przedsiębiorstwom z sektora MŚP prowadzących działalność gospodarczą na terenie województwa lubelskiego do wysokospecjalistycznych usług świadczonych przez instytucje otoczenia biznesu (IOB) poprzez dostosowanie oferty Wschodniej Agencji Rozwoju do potrzeb MŚP do końca 2022 roku. Zadanie: zakup usług doradczych o charakterze specjalistycznym od podmiotów zewnętrznych na rzecz Beneficjenta. Wskaźniki rezultatu: 16 przedsiębiorstw korzystających z zaawansowanych usług (nowych i/lub ulepszonych) świadczonych przez instytucję otoczenia biznesu, 1 przedsiębiorstwo otrzymujące wsparcie, 1 nowo utworzone miejsce pracy - pozostałe formy. Wskaźniki produktu: 1 instytucja otoczenia biznesu wsparta w zakresie profesjonalizacji usług, 8 zaawansowanych usług (nowych lub ulepszonych) świadczonych przez instytucje otoczenia biznesu, Grupy docelowe: grupą docelową i ostatecznymi odbiorcami wsparcia są przedsiębiorstwa z sektora MŚP prowadzące działalność gospodarczą na terenie województwa lubelskiego. Produkty: usługi doradcze o charakterze specjalistycznym w poniższych obszarach: - nowych rynków regionalnych, krajowych i międzynarodowych, w tym opracowania strategii rozwoju firmy, polityki inwestycyjnej, - pozyskania partnerów technologicznych i biznesowych, - wprowadzania systemów informatycznych, w tym wykorzystywania zaawansowanych technologii ICT, - zarządzania jakością, - wdrażania nowych rozwiązań organizacyjnych, w tym audyt/optymalizacja kosztów i procesów, - rozwijanie produktów i usług w sektorze kreatywnym, - uczestnictwa w krajowych i międzynarodowych programach badawczych, - monitorowania wdrażania technologii lub realizacji umowy oraz innych aspektów pomocy powdrożeniowej. Objective: the main objective of the project is to facilitate access to highly specialised services provided by business environment institutions (IOB) by adapting the Eastern Development Agency’s offer to the needs of SMEs by the end of 2022. The task: purchase of advisory services of a specialised nature from external entities to the Beneficiary. Result indicators: 16 companies benefiting from advanced services (new and/or improved) provided by the business environment institution, 1 enterprises receiving support, 1 newly created workplaces – other forms. Output indicators: 1 business environment institution supported by professionalisation of services, 8 advanced services (new or improved) provided by business environment institutions, target groups: the target group and the final recipients of the support are enterprises from the SME sector operating in the Lubelskie Voivodeship. Products: specialist advisory services in the following areas: — new regional, national and international markets, including the development of company development strategies, investment policy, – acquisition of technological and business partners, – introduction of IT systems, including the use of advanced ICT technologies, – quality management, – implementation of new organisational solutions, including audit/optimisation of costs and processes, – development of products and services in the creative sector, – participation in national and international research programmes, – monitoring the implementation of technology or contract implementation and other aspects of implementation assistance.
