Głównym celem projektu pn. "Romowie na rynku pracy-aktywizacja zawodowa mazowieckich Romów" realizowanego przez Radomskie Stowarzyszenie Romów Romano Waśt jest podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych i aktywizacja zawodowa 95 osób ze społeczności Romów zamieszkałych na terenie woj. mazowieckiego. Projekt skierowany jest do osób od 18 roku życia, posiadających niskie kwalifikacje, bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo. Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie 16.08.2016-31.12.2018 na obszarze wskazanym jako obszar interwencji w ramach niniejszego konkursu i zakłada wsparcie dla 95 osób ze społeczności romskiej w postaci identyfikacji potrzeb zawodowo-aktywizacyjnych, poradnictwa zawodowego, jobcoachingu w postaci wsparcia asystenta ds. pracy. UP wezmą udział w certyfikowanych kursach i szkoleniach zawodowych dostosowanych do indywidualnych możliwości i potrzeb oraz sytuacji na rynku pracy. Wszyscy UP będą skierowani na staże zawodowe, dzięki czemu nabiorą doświadczenia zawodowego i przełamią bariery utrudniajace im czynny udział w życiu społeczno - zawodowym. Dzięki udziałowi w projekcie UP nabędą i/lub uzupełnią kwalifikacje zawodowe oraz zdobędą doświadczenie zawodowe w branży oferującej miejsca pracy. Dzięki temu zwiększą swoją pozycję na rynku pracy i szanse na zdobycie zatrudnienia. (Polish)

The main objective of the project, n. “Roma on the labour market – Vocational activation of the Mazovian Roma” implemented by the Radom Roma Association Romano Waśt is to raise professional competencies and professional activation of 95 people from the Roma community residing in the Mazovian Voivodeship. The project is aimed at people from 18 years of age, who are low-skilled, unemployed and inactive. The project will be implemented in the period 16.08.2016-31.12.2018 in the area designated as the area of intervention under this competition and provides support for 95 people from the Roma community in the form of identification of professional and activation needs, professional guidance, jobcoaching in the form of assistance from the employment assistant. Up will take part in certified vocational courses and training adapted to individual opportunities and needs and the situation on the labour market. All UPs will be targeted at apprenticeships, so that they will gain professional experience and overcome barriers to their active participation in social and professional life. Thanks to participation in the UP project, they will acquire and/or complete professional qualifications and gain professional experience in the workplace sector. This will increase their position on the labour market and the chances of gaining employment. (English)
