Projekt pn. „Przebudowa zabytkowej Hali Targowej na Halę Kultury w Łomży wraz z jej wyposażeniem” zakłada szereg działań, których efektem będzie przywrócenie historycznego wyglądu, poprawa stanu zachowania dziedzictwa oraz nadanie nowej funkcji: kulturalnej. W ramach projektu zostanie wymieniony dach, stolarka okienna i drzwiowa, wykonane zostanie docieplenie i remont elewacji. Budynek zostanie wyposażony w niezbędne instalacje sanitarne, instalacje elektryczne i teletechniczne, w zabezpieczenia przeciwpożarowe (system sygnalizacji pożaru SSP, dźwiękowy system ostrzegawczy, wyłącznik pożarowy) i przeciwwłamaniowe (monitoring wizyjny CCTV). Obiekt zostanie przystosowany do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych (winda, dostosowane do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych toalety, w sali wielofunkcyjnej zostanie zainstalowany system - pętla induktofoniczna "indukcyjna"). Zostaną przebudowane przyłącza infrastruktury technicznej (przyłącze kanalizacji sanitarnej i technologicznej, kanalizacji deszczowej i drenażu opaskowego, doziemna instalacja wodociągowa wraz ze studnią wodomierzową) jak również nastąpi przyłączenie do sieci dystrybucyjnej elektrycznej oraz do sieci ciepłowniczej. Zostanie wykonana mechanika sceniczna z całym wyposażeniem, jak też zostanie zakupiona trybuna teleskopowa, Info kiosk. Zostaną wykonane instalacje pod nagłośnienie, oświetlenie sceniczne, projekcję multimedialną wraz z niezbędnym wyposażeniem. Zostanie również zakupione wyposażenie IT, sprzęt fotograficzny, meble oraz sprzęt zajęć oraz imprez. Planowane do zakupienia w ramach projektu wyposażenie jest niezbędne do prowadzenia działalności kulturalnej w powstałej po przebudowie Hali Kultury w Łomży- Po przebudowie działania realizowane w Hali Kultury nakierowane będą na działania w zakresie wykorzystania zasobów dziedzictwa kulturowego i instytucji kultury, głównie zasobów kulturowych regionu, celem stworzenia wysokiej jakości oferty kulturalnej, dostępnej dla zróżnicowanych grup odbiorców. Project Mon. “Reconstruction of the historic Fair Hall to the Hall of Culture in Łomża with its equipment” assumes a number of activities, which will result in restoring the historical appearance, improving the status of heritage conservation and giving a new function: it’s a cultural one. As part of the project, the roof, window and door carpentry will be replaced, warming and renovation of the facade will be carried out. The building will be equipped with the necessary sanitary installations, electrical and teletechnical installations, fire protection (SSP fire alarm system, audible warning system, fire switch) and burglar protection (CCTV video surveillance). The facility will be adapted to the needs of people with disabilities (lift, adapted to the needs of disabled toilets, in the multifunction room will be installed a system – “inductive loop”). The connections of the technical infrastructure will be reconstructed (connection of sanitary and technological sewerage, rainwater drainage and belt drainage, ground water supply system with water meter well) as well as connection to the electricity distribution network and to the heating network. Stage mechanics with all equipment will be made, as well as a telescopic stand, Info kiosk. Installations under sound system, stage lighting, multimedia projection and necessary equipment will be made. IT equipment, photographic equipment, furniture and equipment for classes and events will also be purchased. The equipment planned to be purchased under the project is necessary for carrying out cultural activities in the aftermath of the reconstruction of the Cultural Hall in Łomża- After the reconstruction, the activities carried out in the Hall of Culture will focus on activities in the area of the use of cultural heritage resources and cultural institutions, mainly cultural resources of the region, in order to create a high quality cultural offer, accessible to diverse groups of recipients.
