Cílem projektu je vytvořit a pilotně ověřit nástroje pro řízení kvality a sledování efektivity sociální práce s mladistvými a mladými dospělými vyrůstajícími či opouštějícími ústavní výchovu nebo náhradní rodinnou péči. Projekt povede k tvorbě a doplňování souboru indikátorů pro hodnocení impaktu kolem konkrétních výkonů sociální práce (tvorba přímo v prostředí praxe) a zdokonalení procesů a výkonnosti u vybraných poskytovatelů služeb. The aim of the project is to establish and pilot the tools for quality management and monitoring of the effectiveness of social work with young and young adults growing up or leaving institutional education or foster care. The project will lead to creation and complementing a set of indicators for evaluating impacts around specific social work performances (creation directly in the practical environment) and improving processes and performance of selected service providers.
