    Projekt je zaměřen na rozvoj Charity Javorník v oblasti strategického plánování, řízení lidských zdrojů, fundraisingu a PR. Prostřednictvím vzdělávání a nových metod v jednotlivých klíčových aktivitách se naučíme strategicky řídit organizaci a lépe pracovat se zaměstnanci, budeme umět oslovovat firemní i individuální dárce a lépe propagovat Charitu Javorník a její činnost. Zcela nově zavedeme procesní řízení v celé organizaci. (Czech)

    The project focuses on the development of Charity Javorník in the area of strategic planning, human resources management, fundraising and PR. Through education and new methods in individual key activities we will learn strategically manage the organisation and work better with employees, we will be able to address both corporate and individual donors and better promote Charity Javorník and its activities. We will completely reintroduce procedural management throughout the organisation. (English)
