Na základě vzdělávacích plánů společnosti byl vytvořen projekt vzdělávání managementu v měkkých a manžerských dovednostech. V oblasti měkkých dovedností se bude jednat zejména o komunikaci a vyjednávání, včetně vnitrofiremní komunikace. V oblasti manažerských dovedností se bude jednat o vedení, zaměstnanců a o timemanagement a delegování.Cílem projektu je posílení dovedností managementu a uplatnění jejich znalostí ke zvýšení prosperity společnosti, a ke zlepšení jejich pozice na trhu práce.
