Předložený projekt je zaměřen na zvýšení odborné úrovně znalostí, dovedností a kompetencí pracovníků společnosti MASSAG, a.s., se zaměřením na osoby ve věku 54+. Projekt se zaměřuje na proškolení 175 vybraných pracovníků (z toho 159 účastníků projektu) v 5 vybraných oblastech vzdělávání. Tento projekt navazuje na dříve realizované aktivity v oblasti rozvoje lidských zdrojů a je v souladu s rozvojovou koncepcí společnosti. (Czech)

The submitted project is aimed at increasing the professional level of knowledge, skills and competences of employees of Massag, a.s., with a focus on persons aged 54+. The project focuses on the training of 175 selected staff (of which 159 participants of the project) in 5 selected areas of education. This project builds on previously implemented activities in the area of human resources development and is in line with the development concept of the company. (English)
