    Cílem projektu je vytvoření národní referenční databáze - nástroje, který bude napovat genetickou variabilitu české populace. Na vzorku 1000 zdravých obyvatel bude provedeno celogenomové sekvenování a nasledně analýza získaných dat. Identifikované varianty budou spolu s jejich frekvencí v populaci vloženy do databáze.
