Projekt se zaměřuje na prevenci školní neúspěšnosti propojením významných aktérů lokální úrovně - město, školy, neziskový sektor. Cílem projektu je zmírnit bariéry bránící školnímu úspěchu žákům ze socioekonomicky a kulturně odlišného prostředí v úzké spolupráci s pedagogy a rodiči. Hlavními prostředky pro dosažení cíle je zastřešení aktivit projektu poradenským centrem, podpůrné personální kapacity (školní asistent, psycholog, pedagog), vzdělávání pedagogů a posílení spolupráce s rodinami. The project focuses on preventing school failures by linking important actors of the local level – city, schools, non-profit sector. The aim of the project is to alleviate barriers preventing school success from pupils from a socioeconomic and culturally different environment in close cooperation with teachers and parents. The main means of achieving the goal are the roofing of project activities by consulting centre, support staff capacity (school assistant, psychologist, educator), education of teachers and strengthening cooperation with families.
