Záměrem projektu žadatele je rekonstrukce víceúčelové budovy na sociální byty. V rámci stavebních úprav budovy vzniknou 4 sociální byty o celkové ploše 235m2. Uživateli sociálního bytu budou osoby z cílové skupiny dané výzvou IROP č. 35. The aim of the applicant’s project is to reconstruct a multipurpose building into social flats. 4 social flats with a total area of 235 m² will be created as part of the building’s construction work. The users of the social apartment will be persons from the target group given by IROP challenge 35. The social apartment meets the parameters of social housing, defined for IROP, technical parameters, financial parameters, conditions of segregation and treatment of social flats. (English)
