V rámci projektu dojde k nákupu a revitalizaci výrobní haly na parc. 1880/30 k.ú. Píšť a vybudování přístupových a obslužných komunikací na sousedních pozemcích. Objekt ani pozemky nejsou v současnosti ve vlastnictví žadatele, v průběhu září 2015 dojde k podpisu kupní smlouvy. Hala, která je podstatou projektu je ve špatném technickém stavu (kdysi zde probíhal chov krav) a není způsobilá dalšímu využití bez komplexní rekonstrukce. As part of the project, the production hall will be purchased and revitalised to the parc. 1880/30 k.u.o. The park and the construction of access and service roads on neighbouring lands. The building and the land are not currently owned by the applicant, and the purchase contract will be signed in September 2015. The hall, which is the essence of the project is in poor technical condition (sometimes the breeding of cows took place here) and is not eligible for further use without comprehensive reconstruction.
