Cílem projektu je rozšíření výrobní kapacity stávající výroby pružin, včetně zvýšení výkonnosti výroby a jejího řízení. Jako klíčová aktivita budou zavedeny 2 produktové inovace (2 typy pružin, které se nyní v ČR nevyrábí, výsledek našeho VaV), dále 1 produktová inovace (pořízení strojů umožňujících splnění produktových inovací = linka ze strojů vyrobených dle výsledků našeho VaV, doplněných o účelové obslužné technologie) a 1 organizační inovace (nový řídící a IS v celém středisku pérovna). a. The aim of the project is to expand the production capacity of existing spring production, including increasing production performance and its management. As a key activity, 2 product innovations will be introduced (2 types of springs that are not produced in the Czech Republic, the result of our R & D), 1 product innovations (the acquisition of machines enabling the fulfilment of product innovations = line made from machines made according to the results of our R & D, supplemented by special-purpose service technologies) and 1 organizational innovations (new control and IS in the whole centre of care). a.
