Žadatel vyvinul zcela unikátní linku na broušení vnitřních povrchů trubek - produktová inovace. Linka provádí kontrolu vnitřního povrchu podélně svařované trubky a zjištěné vady odstraní broušením pomocí brusných kamenů. Díky preciznímu odstranění vnitřních vad mají trubky výrazně delší životnost při jejich nasazení v praxi a citelně se snižuje riziko následných defektů. Linku je též možno využít pro čištění již použitých trubek, které bylo v minulosti nutno vyměňovat. a. (Czech)

The applicant has developed a completely unique line for grinding the inner surfaces of pipes – product innovation. The line checks the inner surface of the welded pipe longitudinally and removes the defects by grinding using grinding stones. Thanks to the precise removal of internal defects, the tubes have a significantly longer service life when used in practice and significantly reduces the risk of subsequent defects. The line can also be used for cleaning of already used pipes, which had to be replaced in the past. a. (English)
