Výměna zdroje vytápění, realizace zateplení obvodového pláště budovy, výměna nevyhovujících výplní otvorů a zateplení střešních konstrukcí. Snížení hodnoty součinitele prostupu tepla obvodové stěny objektu a střechy, tak aby bylo dosaženo doporučených hodnot dle normy a snížení tepelných ztrát budovy na základě navržených energetických opatření. Reduction of the thermal transmittance coefficient of the perimeter wall of the building and roof, so as to achieve the recommended values according to the standard and to reduce the thermal losses of the building on the basis of the proposed energy measures.
