    Obsahem projektu je realizace specifických vzdělávacích a výcvikových seminářů zaměřených na rozvoj manažerských kompetencí v oblastech plánování, organizování, řízení lidí, vedení lidí, komunikování, vyjednávání, rozhodování, řešení problémů. Cílem projektu je proškolení řídících zaměstnanců justice, kteří tak získají znalosti a dovednosti vedoucí k lepšímu využití potenciálu lidských zdrojů v organizaci, schopnosti řídit změny, efektivně nastavit procesy a ovlivňovat tak budoucnost institucí.
