Obsahem projektu je realizace specifických vzdělávacích a výcvikových seminářů zaměřených na rozvoj manažerských kompetencí v oblastech plánování, organizování, řízení lidí, vedení lidí, komunikování, vyjednávání, rozhodování, řešení problémů. Cílem projektu je proškolení řídících zaměstnanců justice, kteří tak získají znalosti a dovednosti vedoucí k lepšímu využití potenciálu lidských zdrojů v organizaci, schopnosti řídit změny, efektivně nastavit procesy a ovlivňovat tak budoucnost institucí. The project includes the implementation of specific educational and training seminars focused on the development of managerial competences in the areas of planning, organising, managing people, leading people, communicating, negotiating, decision-making, problem solving. The aim of the project is to train judiciary managers to gain knowledge and skills leading to better use of human resources potential in the organisation, ability to manage changes, effectively set up processes and thus influence the future of institutions.
