Projekt je zaměřen na optimalizaci oběhu dokumentů v návaznosti na implementaci nového systému elektronické spisové služby v resortu MPSV. Cílem projektu je zrychlit, zkvalitnit a zpřehlednit poskytované služby v rámci MPSV a dotčených organizací resortu a směrem k veřejnosti. Přínosem projektu bude zvýšení flexibility a transparentnosti úřadu při zrychlení procesů vázaných na oběh dokumentů a to včetně snížení administrativních nároků a nákladů na jejich výkon. (Czech)

The project is focused on optimising the circulation of documents following the implementation of the new electronic file service system in the Ministry of the Ministry. The aim of the project is to speed up, improve and clarify the services provided within the Ministry of Labour and the Ministry’s organisations and towards the public. The project will contribute to increasing the flexibility and transparency of the Office in accelerating processes linked to the circulation of documents, including reducing administrative claims and the costs of their performance.
