Předmětem projektu je podpora sociálního začleňování sociálně vyloučených osob a osob ohrožených sociálním vyloučením, včetně odstraňování bariér v jejich přístupu k zaměstnávání, k bydlení, k obnovování soc. kontaktů a k řešení dluhové situace, pomoc obětem domácího násilí, pomoc rodinám ohroženým dlouhodobě krizovými soc. situacemi a osobám se zdravotním postižením či kombinovanými diagnózami. Tento záměr bude naplňován finančním zajištěním služeb sociální prevence od 1.1.2019 do 31.12.2020. (Czech)

The subject of the project is to promote social inclusion of socially excluded persons and persons at risk of social exclusion, including removing barriers to their access to employment, housing, renewing contacts and solving debt situations, helping victims of domestic violence, helping families at risk of long-term crisis situations and persons with disabilities or combined diagnosis. This plan will be implemented by the financial provision of social prevention services from 1.1.2019 to 31.12.2020. (English)
