Implementace nového informačního systému pro dohled nad hazardními hrami je podložena zákonem o hazardních č. 186/2016 Sb. účinném od 1.1.2017. Nový informační systém umožní regulaci, průběžné kontroly a celkový monitoring oblasti hazardních her. Opatření s tím související povedou k snížení počtu nelegálních provozovatelů hazardních her a loterií, k snížení daňových úniků, k omezení praní špinavých peněz, k snížení počtu závislých osob na hazardních hrách a ke zvýšení daňových výnosů. Implementation of the new information system for the supervision of gambling is based on the Act on Gambling No. 186/2016 Coll. effective from 1.1.2017. The new information system will allow regulation, continuous controls and overall monitoring of gambling. The related measures will lead to a reduction in the number of illegal gambling and lotteries operators, to reduce tax evasion, to reduce money laundering, to reduce the number of gambling addicts and to increase tax revenues.
