Cílem projektu je zvýšit úroveň znalostí a dovedností 8 zaměstnanců, a zajistit tak soulad jejich kvalifikací a kompetencí s požadavky na vykonávané pracovní činnosti. Předpokladem k dosažení cíle jsou reálné potřeby a zájem zaměstnanců o plánované vzdělávací aktivity, které budou probíhat v dostatečně dlouhém časovém horizontu (20 měsíců realizace projektu), aby nebyly negativně ovlivněny firemní procesy. The aim of the project is to increase the level of knowledge and skills of 8 employees in order to ensure compliance of their qualifications and competences with the requirements for the work carried out. Real needs and interest of employees in planned educational activities that will take place over a sufficiently long time horizon (20 months of project implementation) are a prerequisite for achieving the goal so that the company processes are not negatively affected.
