Realizací projektu dojde ke vzniku 1 nového sociálního bytu pro obyvatele sociálně vyloučených lokalit města Velké Hamry (území se schválenou strategií KPSVL). Dojde ke stavebním úpravám bytů, rekonstrukci společných prostor a pořízení základního vybavení bytů. Tyto byty zajistí obyvatelům sociálně vyloučených lokalit, kteří jsou v bytové nouzi, dostupné nájemní sociální bydlení s definovaným systémem nakládání s byty dle parametrů sociálního bydlení v IROP, resp. města Velké Hamry. a. Implementation of the project will create 1 new social flats for residents of socially excluded localities of Velké Hamry (a territory with approved KPSVL strategy). Building adaptations of flats, reconstruction of common premises and acquisition of basic equipment of flats will take place. These apartments will provide the inhabitants of socially excluded localities who are in need of housing available for renting social housing with a defined system for the management of flats according to the parameters of social housing in IROP, virtually the town of Velké Hamry. a.
