Předloženým projektem bude vybudováno 8 bytových jednotek v domě č.p. 737 v Napajedlích. Nemovitost je ve vlastnictví žadatele, stavební povolení na realizací stavby bylo vydáno - je platné. Předložený projekt dovolí žadateli ubytovat až 23 osob z cílových skupin definovaných v kapitole 4.3. Studie proveditelnosti. Jedná se především o muže a ženy v produktivním věku, kdy minimálně 50% členů, užívajících domácnost, bude v tomto věkovém rozmezí (15 - 64 let). a. (Czech)

The property is owned by the applicant, the building permit for the realisation of the construction was issued – it is valid. The submitted project allows the applicant to accommodate up to 23 people from the target groups defined in chapter 4.3. A feasibility study.
